The Attert cycle route is the perfect course for family expeditions. It starts in Petange and follows most of the journey the track of the old Attert line which once connected Petange with Ettelbruck. Most of the route stretches along the border of Belgium and Luxemburg. During your tour you will be marked by the large amount of tourist attractions as the ruins of the fortress of the 12th century. It is located in Useldange, a little picturesque village marked by his rural charm in the old days. Later your adventure follows the river Atert in direction of Colmar-Berg where you will find the residential castle of the Grand Ducal Family of Luxembourg. On the cycle route in Colmar-Berg you will also meet our Bikestation equipped with an automat for inner tubes near the picnic site.
